Stock Products

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. In-store customers are able to visually inspect products before purchase. We carefully inspect your orders that are placed on this website prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any errors, damage, or defects. If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value if within 30 days of receipt of order. Customers in our local area are welcome to return purchased products to our store in Natick, MA.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale/clearance items. All products sold on our website which are not returnable for refund are clearly marked as such.

Custom Products

Custom made products such as shades, blinds, shutters, draperies, etc. are fabricated to your specifications and no refunds or exchanges are possible. Custom purchases made through our shop-at-home service or in our store require a minimum 50% deposit at time of order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, and deposits cannot be refunded, once products are ordered, usually within 24 hours of receipt of deposit.

Custom orders placed on our website may not be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Payment in full is required at the time of order. All orders are FOB shipping point and applicable shipping charges will apply. We do not accept exchanges or returns and do not issue refunds on custom purchases. Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer pays the shipping for return items. All Returned Merchandise Must be In Original Condition and with the original packaging. All items are carefully inspected upon receipt prior to a refund.

Color Variations

Please note that the appearance and color of fabrics, window treatments, and other accessories can vary from computer monitor to monitor, and actual fabric color may also be of a different hue as each dye lot differs slightly.

Drapery Hardware & Home Accessories

Please note drapery hardware & home accessories can be returned, unless specifically marked, for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. All items must be returned in the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all drapery hardware & home accessories.

You may return merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. Return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or an equivalent method of your choosing. Please keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a refund, your payment will be returned using your original payment method. Please enclose instructions with your merchandise which include the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number, and Item Description. State the reason for the return and the action to be taken upon return - either replacement or refund. Return your package to the address listed above. Innuwindow is proud to sell high quality window treatments and other fine home furnishings which, if cared- for and used properly, should give many years of enjoyment. Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. In general, fabric treatments, both custom and ready-made, are covered for one year against fabric and fabrication defects. Innuwindow cannot warranty against damages caused by misuse or abuse of our products. Warranties apply to the original customer and/or installation with proof of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship provided the product is measured and installed according to our product instructions. If warranty service is needed, call Customer Service and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to determine if your piece warrants a repair or partial replacement of any parts or in the unlikely event the entire piece is defective, it will be handled accordingly.

Blinds and shades, in general, have a three year guaranty covering all materials and mechanisms. Hunter Douglas products purchased through Innuwindow have a lifetime guaranty. In no cases do product warranties cover Innuwindow time and labor. Innuwindow offers free in-home service for one year after purchase of custom blinds, shades, and fabric window treatments which we have installed. After the first year in-home repairs and adjustments will be billed at our current rates. Please note non-Hunter Douglas blinds and shades have a limited three year warranty and repair charges will be billed after this period expires. All labor, repair, and shipping and handling charges must be paid in full at time service and/or repair is initiated.
