Massimo Ullise – Senior Design Consultant

Massimo grew up in his family's fabric and decorating business, just a stone's throw from the Forum and Coliseum in Rome. Since coming to the U.S., he has worked in the visual and decorating industry. Massimo has been with Innuwindow for over 13 years. He has a tremendous eye for colors and inherited his creative talents from his ancestors who decorated many of the great hotels and homes in Rome. Massimo has the innate ability to visualize a complete room with its many pieces – all from a little fabric swatch. He also is a great resource for some classic Italian recipes and unique places to visit in Italy and other European spots. Along with English and Italian, Massimo is also fluent in Spanish.

Ruth Nathanson

Ruth was a customer before she began working at Innuwindow over 12 years ago. She was offered a job as a decorator when she found a perfect wood blind color and style herself after stumping the designer (Jeff) helping her. She has been part of the Innuwindow family since that day in 1997. Ruth spent many years as a decorator before moving into the office. You'll speak to hear when you schedule an installation appointment or after your job is completed.

Mitch Cohen - Design Consultant

Mitch grew up in Greenwich Village and spent his early years working in his family's textile business in the Lower East Side of New York. He has been been in the window treatment industry for over 30 years and has decorated homes on Long Island, in Miami, and in Sarasota.  Mitch joined the Innuwindow staff after moving to Massachusetts to be closer to family. Not to worry. He's a lifelong Mets fan but now roots for the Red Sox.

Sue Main - Design Consultant

Sue grew up in Natick just down the street from Innuwindow. She has been decorating homes for almost 20 years and has also worked for numerous fabric and window treatment suppliers such as Hunter Douglas and Duralee. Sue is vey hands-on and has a great understanding of the various mechanical and motorized systems on the market. She also has a great eye for color and design. She has been part of the Innuwindow  extended family for many years and recently joined the decorating staff after having her own design business. When she's not working you'll probably find Sue on the beach with her family.

Chris came to Innuwindow after studying and working in the theatre industry. He has worked for Innuwindow since 2004 and is experienced with all window treatments ranging from plantation shutters to motorized draperies and all in-between. Besides being a marvelous individual Chris also plays a mean round of Frisbee Golf and can be found many weekends competing at various events around the country while not working.

Rick came to Innuwindow while the Natick store was being built in 1996. In fact, he spent his first few weeks with paint on his hands and a drill always close by as he worked to get the store set up and opened. Over the years Rick has developed a large following made up of both local designers and homeowners. He has a great knowledge of fabrics and window treatment options. His ability to understand his clients’ needs and desires have kept them coming back with new projects for over 14 years. Rick is an avid traveler and has spent extended periods in China, Greece, Europe, and South America.

Jeff has been in the retail industry for over 23 years and founded Innuwindow in 1989 with his wife Ellen Cohen Kaplan. He is the third generation in his family to be in the window treatment business – his grandfather supplied local department stores with curtains during the Great Depression. Jeff has always put a high value on customer service and believes, as did his ancestors, that business is about more than making a sale. As an independent retailer, Jeff founded the National Independent Textiles Retailers Organization in 1994 as a support group for independent stores like Innuwindow. This group allowed retailers to sit together and exchange ideas. Jeff and Ellen have three teenage sons, Josh, Dana, and Jordan all of whom can occasionally be seen helping out around the store or on the road with our installation team. Jeff and family are avid cyclists, skiers, and travelers.
